Wil Boren
Chief Executive Officer
Wil Boren has spent his entire career in the medical device industry. Before joining Nexpring Health, Wil was the CEO of Paragon Medical, a contract design and manufacturing organization. Paragon Medical was owned by American Securities, and Wil led the sale of the company to AMETEK in the fall of 2023. Prior to joining Paragon, he served as the President of Advanced Surgery, a division of Baxter International, for five years. Before joining Baxter, Wil spent nearly two decades in the orthopedics sector, serving in various senior leadership roles at Biomet Orthopedics until the company’s sale to Zimmer in the summer of 2015. Wil earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Affairs from Indiana University and holds a fellowship from the Wharton School of Business.

Jimmy DeStephens brings over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and business development to Nexpring, focusing on the future of Assisted Reproductive Technologie (ART). Previously, he served as General Manager of the Global Wound Closure business at Corza Medical, where he implemented innovative go-to-market strategies and secured significant investments across the U.S. and Europe. His leadership journey also includes pivotal roles at Baxter Healthcare, Acelity, Medtronic, Covidien, and Tyco.
