Colcemid Solution arrests mitosis in both plant and animal cells, preventing spindle formation during metaphase.
This formulation is 10 µg/ml, prepared in Hanks’ Balanced Salts, packaged with SEPTUM CAPS, and is pipette and syringe accessible.
