Alpha MEM Earle’s Salts is designed for growth of a mouse-hamster hybridoma cell line, this Modified Eagle’s Essential Medium is supplemented with amino acids, vitamins, and nucleosides.
With:
- 2200 mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate
- Deoxyribonucleosides
- Ribonucleosides
Without:
- L-Glutamine, add 10 mL/L (200 mM)
