At ESHRE 2025 in Paris, Nexpring Health officially stepped onto the global stage – and what a launch it was.

So, throughout the event, we invited visitors to take part in a Voice of Customer (VoC) survey directly at our booth – an open invitation to share insights, challenges, and aspirations. 1. Reimagining Daily Routines in the IVF Lab
We asked: “What part of your daily routine would you reimagine, and how would it make life easier for you?”
The responses painted a clear picture: the modern IVF lab is under pressure, and you are seeking solutions that simplify complexity without compromising precision.
- Automation was a resounding theme – automated dish prep, cryopreservation pipelines, QC processes, tank filling, and embryo handling.
- Data-driven, real-time monitoring for environmental conditions, fridges, tanks, and incubators was seen as critical for lab reliability.
- Better ergonomic design, energy stability, and male fertility acceptance emerged as overlooked but essential areas.
- Some additional future-looking comments included AI-powered transcription of patient history, automated ultrasound at home, and cameras to reduce subjectivity during embryo transfer.

2. Redefining Support in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
We then asked: “When you think about exceptional service in the lab and clinic, what does that look and feel like?”
You were clear: It’s not about transactions. It’s about partnership.

- Proactive, continuous communication through calls, emails, and even video
